GROUP PEOPLE'S MANAGEMENT
The training sessions for the development of people's management are done in workshops. These structured training sessions are conducted in company or other adequate space for groups.

INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE'S MANAGEMENT
Workshops are organized periodically in different cities in Spain. These training sessions are intended for people with high levels of responsibility who want to access on an individual basis the formation offered in people's management in order to later apply coaching techniques within their organization.



STRUCTURE OF THE TRAINING
The structure of the formation is divided into two phases:

Phase 1 - FROM DIRECTING TO TRAINING
Attendance is obligatory in this first phase, which consists of 16 hours distributed in two 8-hour days.

Phase 2 - ABILITIES OF A COACH
This second phase consists of 34-hours in which we work on the abilities that coaches or trainers must incorporate as habits in order to effectively develop their commitment. The formation sessions last one hour weekly. Twelve complimentary hours of practice divided into twelve, one-hour sessions are completed in this phase. Each student receives 3 individual sessions of coaching from a personal coach. In this phase the training is done by conference calls.
The estimated length of the second phase is of 3 months. However, the configuration of the classes is such that students can repeat the classes they find most enriching, or those that they were not able to attend due to the high-level of responsibility they carry. The final duration is therefore determined by and for each person. In this second phase the formation is structured in such a way that it is not necessary to follow a chronological order so that the materials complement each other.
