coaching in that the service is contracted and
paid for by the company, which in turn defines the goal
of bettering the development and efforts of the executive.
In this case, the process can influence the personal,
familial, social and professional matters of the executive
who should freely accept the process. The company must
respect total confidentiality of the themes treated by
the executive with his coach.
