Despite all that is written in these pages, it is difficult for people who have not experienced coaching to make a decision regarding the possible effectiveness of the processes of personal and executive coaching. For this reason, Coach y cia offers interested people the opportunity of studying the possibilities coaching may have to offer them. To this end, they can request a free, 35-minute coaching session over the phone. These sessions allow the client to get to know the coach, to value to empathy established with him, to appreciate the systematic nature of the process and to determine if it covers their expectations.
During this first session, the objective, duration, frequency and approximate cost of the process can be evaluated.
In order to further assure client satisfaction, the client has a guarantee once he has contracted coaching services that if after completing the first three sessions he is not satisfied, the full amount paid will be returned.
The minimum recommended duration is of about three months; the maximum is determined by need without exceeding one year, unless the process is so complex as to require a more extended period.
Each session lasts between 45 and 50 minutes.

The success of the coaching process is based on mutual trust between the coach and the client, on a high level of commitment and energy from both parties and represents and is evaluated through effort. It must be a satisfying relationship for both parties.
