People such
as owners, executives, directors and freelance professionals
have high levels of responsibility in the professional environment
and must adapt to the more and more frequent changes and
must react more quickly to market and environmental demands.
People with high levels of responsibility
may be very open but often lack an adequate support system
in the heart or environment of the company. Insecurities
concerning confidentiality or the isolation and veils
created in the company make it difficult to speak to a
co-worker about a doubt or to get an opinion.
A coach
is someone you can count on for continuos help in defining

figure is that of a person that will never take away your
position, will never be the boss or the partner, the collaborator

a person in which to trust, whose only goal is to help

judgement.
By definition, coaching
consists of liberating a person’s potential in order
to increase to the maximum his effort and success. It’s
about helping him learn instead of teaching; about finding
the answers instead of giving them and of finding the
best one has to offer because inside each and every person
there are many abilities waiting to be liberated.
With the collaboration of a personal
coach, one can work toward large goals, develop
new projects, improve relationships with superiors, subordinates,
work teams, the incorporation of habits that ignite creative
abilities, increase organizational skills, improve the
use of time, establish priorities and a long list that
includes any objective that can be defined and measured.
For many professionals and executives
the greatest difficulty to overcome is a lack of space
in their agendas for incorporating new activities. The
aspect of time planning is one of the means by which coaching
is able to increase personal efficiency and to improve
the results of all organizations.
